Multiple Salesmen Scenarios
Territory handoff — Assign both old and new salesperson during transition.
Team selling — Primary handles day-to-day, secondary joins for large deals.
Specialist support — Product specialist assigned alongside account owner.
Manager oversight — Regional manager as Salesman 3 for key accounts.
Tip: During territory transitions, keep both salespeople assigned for 2-4 weeks. This ensures no customer communication falls through the cracks.
Branch Assignments
Branches can have different salespeople than the parent customer. Each branch maintains its own assignment slots.
Did you know? You can assign different salespeople to each branch — useful when branches are in different territories or regions.
