Pre-built reports for visits, calls, quotes, and sales performance analysis.

Analyze your team's performance with pre-built reports. Track visits, calls, quote conversion, and sales metrics across customers, salespeople, and time periods.

Quick Overview: Select a report, set your date range and filters, and view results in an interactive table. Export to Excel or CSV for further analysis.

Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reporting in the hub menu to see all available reports.

Reports are role-based—you'll only see reports relevant to your responsibilities.

Using Reports

Opening a Report

  1. Go to Reporting
  2. Click the view icon on any report row
  3. The report opens with default filters

Reading Results

Reports display data in an interactive table:

  • First column — The entity being measured (customer, salesperson, etc.)
  • Date columns — Values for each time period
  • Total column — Sum across all periods

Click column headers to sort. Use the filter icon in column headers to filter values.

Time Intervals

Reports automatically group data based on your date range:

Date Range

Every report requires a date range. Click the date field and select start and end dates from the calendar, or use quick shortcuts:

  • This week / Last week
  • This month / Last month
  • This quarter / Last quarter
  • This year / Last year

Filtering

Click the filter icon to access report-specific filters.

Verification Filters

For visit reports, filter by GPS verification:

Applying Filters

  1. Set your desired filters
  2. Click Search to refresh results
  3. Click Clear to reset filters

Exporting

Export report data for offline analysis or sharing.

To Export

  1. Run your report with desired filters
  2. Click the actions menu
  3. Select Export Excel or Export CSV
  4. The file downloads automatically

Exports include all visible data with your applied filters.

Report Categories

Customer-Focused

Reports that analyze data by customer:

  • Show each customer as a row
  • Track metrics over time periods
  • Group branches with customers (optional)
  • Filter by segment for targeted analysis

User-Focused

Reports that analyze data by team member:

  • Show each user as a row
  • Compare performance across the team
  • Track against goals where applicable

Organization-Focused

Reports for manufacturer users viewing wholesaler data:

  • Aggregate data across connected wholesalers
  • Break down by wholesaler or manufacturer branch
  • Compare performance across your network

Tips

Finding Coverage Gaps: Run "Visits per Customer" with "Include Customers Without Visits" enabled, then sort by total ascending. Customers with zero visits need attention.
Trend Analysis: Use longer date ranges (quarter or year) for trend analysis. The system automatically groups by month for readability.
