  • Branch Profile > Analytics 360 — Sales for a specific branch

ViewAnalyzes
WholesalersSales across your dealer network
Wholesaler BranchesIndividual dealer locations

Each view shows:

  • Ranking — Top performers in that category
  • Sales totals — Revenue for current and comparison periods
  • Trend — Growth or decline vs comparison period
  • Distribution — Share of total sales

Date Range

Control the analysis period using the month range picker.

Selecting Months

  1. Click the date range field to open the month picker
  2. Click a starting month
  3. Click an ending month — all months in between are automatically selected
  4. Click Confirm to apply the range

The display shows your selection as "Jan, 2024 ~ Jun, 2024".

Note: You can only select months within the same calendar year. To analyze a different year, navigate to that year in the picker first.

Comparison Period

The system automatically compares against the same months in the previous year. For example, selecting January through March 2024 compares against January through March 2023.

This shows year-over-year trends in the variation columns.

Filtering

Narrow your analysis using filters. Click the filter icon to reveal filter options.

Available Filters

Depending on the view, you can filter by:

  • Customer — Specific customer accounts
  • ZIP Code — Geographic area
  • Operator — Sales representative who handled orders
  • Discount Code — Promotional codes used
  • Channel — Sales channel (phone, email, etc.)
  • Brand — Product brands
  • Brand Family — Brand groupings
  • Warehouse — Fulfillment location
  • Team — Filter by sales team

Applying Filters

  1. Click the filter icon
  2. Select filter criteria
  3. Click Search to apply

Active filters appear as breadcrumbs above the data. Click the × on any filter to remove it.

Customer Groups

Group customers by categories to see aggregated performance at a higher level.

Using Customer Groups

  1. Click Group By in the toolbar or breadcrumbs area
  2. Select a category type (industry, region, size, etc.)
  3. The table shows each group as a row with combined totals
  4. Click a group to drill into its individual customers
Tip: Customers without a category assignment appear in a "No Group" row. Use this to identify customers that need categorization.

Two-Level Grouping

Categories can have two levels. When you group by a parent category, you can drill down to see subcategories before reaching individual customers.

Sales Filters

Sales Filters let you create custom groupings to categorize and segment your sales data. Unlike standard filters that narrow results, sales filters reorganize data into meaningful business categories.

What is a Sales Filter?

A sales filter is a named categorization scheme you define. For example:

Filter NameBased OnGroups
Original vs AftermarketBrand"Original" (BMW, Ford...), "Aftermarket" (Ashika, Sachs...)
Sales RegionsCustomer ZIP"North", "South", "East", "West"
Sales ChannelsChannel"Inbound" (phone, chat), "Outbound" (email, field)

Each filter contains named groups, and each group contains specific values to match.

Using Sales Filters in Analytics

  1. Click Sales Filters in the toolbar
  2. Select a sales filter from the dropdown
  3. The table shows one row per group with aggregated totals
  4. An "Unclassified" row appears for items not matching any group
  5. Click a group to drill into its underlying data

Creating Sales Filters

Sales filters are created in Settings > Sales Filters:

  1. Give the filter a name
  2. Choose the column to categorize by (brand, operator, channel, ZIP, etc.)
  3. Add groups with meaningful names
  4. Assign values to each group
Learn how to create and manage sales filters.

Layering Multiple Filters

You can apply multiple sales filters in sequence. After drilling into one group, select another filter to further segment that data.

Tip: Use sales filters to answer questions like "How do original parts perform vs aftermarket in each region?" by layering brand-type and region filters.

Drilling Down

Click any row to drill deeper into that segment.

Example Drill-Down Path

  1. Start with Customers view
  2. Click a customer → See their sales by brand
  3. Click a brand → See individual products
  4. Click a product → See order details

Each level shows more granular data while maintaining context.

As you drill down, breadcrumbs show your path:

Customers > Acme Corp > AutoParts Brand > Brake Pads

Click any breadcrumb to jump back to that level.

Understanding Columns

Show/Hide Monthly Breakdown

Toggle Show Months to expand or collapse monthly columns within your date range.

  • Collapsed — Shows only period totals (cleaner view)
  • Expanded — Shows each month as a separate column (detailed trend analysis)

Data Columns

ColumnShows
Current PeriodSales in your selected date range
Prior Year Same PeriodLast year's sales for comparison

Forecast Columns

When viewing the current period, forecast columns project future performance:

ColumnShows

Year ForecastProjected annual total based on current pace

Forecasts help you track whether you're on pace to meet goals.

The footer row at the bottom of the table shows aggregated totals for all visible data:

  • Overall variation percentage
  • Total year-to-date

These totals update when you filter or drill down, always reflecting the current view.
