Teams

Organize users into teams with shared goals and warehouse access.

Group users into teams to manage warehouse access, set collective goals, and track performance. Teams help organize your sales force and align around shared targets.

Quick Overview: Create teams, assign members and warehouses, then set sales goals with specific metrics and time periods.

Accessing Teams

Navigate to Settings > Teams to manage your teams.

Creating Teams

To Create a Team

  1. Click the + button
  2. Enter the team Name
  3. Optionally assign a Leader
  4. Save

Team Properties

FieldDescription
NameDisplay name for the team
LeaderOptional team leader (user)

Team Members

Add users to teams to define who belongs to each group.

Adding Members

  1. Open a team
  2. In the Users section, click Add
  3. Select users to add
  4. Save

Removing Members

  1. Open the team
  2. Find the user in the members list
  3. Click the remove icon

Users can belong to multiple teams.

Warehouse Access

Link teams to specific warehouses to control data access and goal tracking.

Linking Warehouses

  1. Open a team
  2. In the Warehouses section, click Add
  3. Select the warehouses this team works with
  4. Save

When a team is linked to warehouses:

  • Team goals are calculated based on sales from those warehouses
  • Members see data relevant to their team's warehouses

Team Goals

Set measurable targets for your teams to track performance against objectives.

Creating Goals

  1. Open a team
  2. In the Goals section, click the + placeholder
  3. Fill in the goal details
  4. Save

Goal Intervals

Goals can be broken into intervals for tracking progress over time:

  • Weekly intervals for short-term goals
  • Monthly intervals for quarterly or annual goals
  • Track progress against each interval's target

Viewing Progress

Goals display:

  • The description and metric
  • Target value
  • Date range
  • Progress indicators

Use the Show All toggle to see both active and completed goals.

Sales Teams by Region

Create teams for different geographic regions:

  • Link each team to their regional warehouses
  • Set regional sales targets
  • Track performance by region

Product Line Teams

Organize teams by product specialization:

  • Assign members who specialize in specific products
  • Set goals based on product line performance

Quota Management

Use goals to manage sales quotas:

  • Set monthly or quarterly targets
  • Enable "Split by Salesmen" for individual tracking
