Due Documents
Track outstanding payments and receivables.
Due Documents shows outstanding payments across your organization. Monitor aging receivables, track overdue invoices, and export data for collection follow-ups.
Quick Overview: View all unpaid documents company-wide or drill down to individual customers. Color-coded by urgency—green (not due), yellow (due soon), red (overdue).
Company-Wide View
Access from Outstanding Balances in the menu to see all customers with unpaid documents.

Filtering
Select a date to show documents due until that date. The table displays customers with outstanding balances, organized by due date periods.
Tip: Export this view for accounts receivable meetings. Sort by oldest amounts to prioritize collection efforts.
Customer View
View a specific customer's due documents from their profile under the Due Documents tab.
Document List

Summary Widgets
Due Docs Chart — Bar chart showing amounts by period:
- Blue bars: Not yet due
- Red bars: Overdue
Payment Summary — Shows total outstanding, overdue amount, and percentage overdue.

Exporting
- Click the actions menu
- Select Excel or CSV
- Download includes all visible data
Did you know? The export is perfect for collection calls. Filter to overdue items, export the list, and you have a ready-made call sheet with amounts and aging.
Data Source
Due documents sync from your source system. Payment status updates when invoices are marked paid in your source system.
