Configure working days and company holidays.
Set your organization's working schedule to improve forecasting and scheduling.
Quick Overview: Define which days your team works and mark company holidays. The system uses this to calculate accurate sales forecasts and distribute goals appropriately.
Working Days
Select which days your team works:
- Navigate to Settings > Business Days & Holidays
- Check each working day (Monday through Sunday)
- Save changes
Working days affect:
- Sales forecast calculations
- Goal distribution
- Activity scheduling suggestions
Holidays
Mark days when business is closed.
Adding Holidays
- Click dates on the calendar to mark as holidays
- Holidays appear grouped by year
Removing Holidays
Click the X on any holiday chip to remove it.
Holidays improve sales forecast accuracy. The system adjusts predictions for closed days.
