Activity Types
Configure visit, call, and event types.
Customize the types of activities your team can create.
Quick Overview: Define activity types like Visit, Call, and Event to categorize customer interactions. Each type can have its own icon, color, and linked forms.
Default Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Visit | In-person customer meeting |
| Call | Phone conversation |
| Event | Scheduled appointment |
Managing Types
Navigate to Settings > Activity Types to manage your activity types.
To Add a New Type
- Go to Settings > Activity Types
- Click the + button
- Enter the type name
- Choose an icon and color
- Link any forms to attach to this type
- Click Save
To Edit a Type
- Go to Settings > Activity Types
- Click on the type to edit
- Update the name, icon, color, or linked forms
- Click Save
To Disable a Type
- Go to Settings > Activity Types
- Click on the type to edit
- Toggle Active off
- Click Save
Disabled types remain in the system but cannot be used for new activities.

- Support
- Delivery
Type Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Type label shown to users |
| Icon | Display icon in lists and calendar |
| Color | Calendar color for visual distinction |
| Active | Enable or disable the type |
| Forms | Forms to display when completing activities of this type |
Linking Forms
Activity types can have forms attached. When users complete an activity of that type, the linked forms appear for data collection.
- Edit the activity type
- In the Forms section, select one or more forms
- Save
