Goals

Set and track sales targets across teams and individuals.

Goals are sales targets set at different organizational levels. Track performance against quotas from manufacturer down to individual salesperson.

Goal Hierarchy

Goals flow down through your organization:

Each level can be divided into time-based intervals for granular tracking.

Team goals set targets for a sales team within your organization.

Creating a Team Goal

  1. Navigate to Goals in settings or the sales menu
  2. Click + to create a new goal
  3. Configure:
    • Name — Descriptive title
    • Team — Which team this goal applies to
    • Metric — What to measure
    • Aim — Target value
    • Period — Start and end dates

Intervals

Divide goals into time-based intervals:

  • Monthly intervals for annual goals
  • Weekly intervals for quarterly goals
  • Custom intervals as needed

Each interval has its own target that contributes to the overall goal.

Tip: Break annual goals into monthly intervals. It's easier to course-correct monthly than to realize in December you're behind.

User Goals

Individual goals derived from team goal intervals. Each salesperson sees their personal target and progress.

Viewing User Goals

Salespeople can view their goals from:

  • Personal dashboard widgets
  • Goals section in the menu
  • Team goal drill-down

Shows team performance:

  • Current sales vs. goal
  • Forecast based on pace
  • Per-member breakdown
  • Achievement status indicators

Individual Goals Widget

Shows personal performance:

  • Your target for the period
  • Current achievement
  • Projected end-of-period result
  • Comparison to team average
Did you know? The forecast shows where you'll end up if current pace continues. Use it to identify if you need to push harder mid-period.

Filtering Goals

Brand Filtering

Goals can be restricted to specific:

  • Individual brands
  • Brand families

Only sales of those products count toward the goal.

User Restrictions

Team goals can be limited to specific team members rather than the entire team.

Branch Restrictions

Goals can be scoped to sales from specific wholesaler branches.
