Goals
Goals are sales targets set at different organizational levels. Track performance against quotas from manufacturer down to individual salesperson.
Goal Hierarchy
Goals flow down through your organization:

| Manufacturer Goals | Top-level targets set by manufacturers |
| Wholesaler Goals | Distributed from manufacturer to wholesalers |
| Team Goals | Targets for sales teams |
| User Goals | Individual salesperson quotas |
Each level can be divided into time-based intervals for granular tracking.
Metrics
Goals can track different performance metrics:

Team Goals
Team goals set targets for a sales team within your organization.
Creating a Team Goal
- Navigate to Goals in settings or the sales menu
- Click + to create a new goal
- Configure:
- Name — Descriptive title
- Team — Which team this goal applies to
- Metric — What to measure
- Aim — Target value
- Period — Start and end dates
Intervals
Divide goals into time-based intervals:
- Monthly intervals for annual goals
- Weekly intervals for quarterly goals
- Custom intervals as needed
Each interval has its own target that contributes to the overall goal.
Distribution Strategies
When distributing goals to team members:

User Goals
Individual goals derived from team goal intervals. Each salesperson sees their personal target and progress.

Salespeople can view their goals from:

- Goals section in the menu
- Team goal drill-down

Individual Goals Widget
Shows personal performance:
- Your target for the period
- Current achievement
- Projected end-of-period result
- Comparison to team average
Filtering Goals
Brand Filtering
Goals can be restricted to specific:
- Individual brands
- Brand families
Only sales of those products count toward the goal.
User Restrictions
Team goals can be limited to specific team members rather than the entire team.
Branch Restrictions
Goals can be scoped to sales from specific wholesaler branches.
Tracking Progress
Visual Indicators

Forecast vs. Actual
Toggle between:
- Current Sales — What's been achieved
- Forecast — Projected end result based on pace
