Activity Reports

Comprehensive activity analysis with form submissions and verification data.

The Activities 360 report provides a complete view of all activities — visits, calls, and any custom activity types — with their associated form submissions.

Activities 360

Unlike other reports that aggregate data into summary tables, Activities 360 shows individual activity records with full detail.

Key columns:

LinkedThe customer or branch associated with the activity

Extended View

An expanded view is available that reveals additional detail columns:

  • Description — Free-text notes added to the activity
  • Submission Details — For each form submitted: submitter name, timestamp, and all field values
  • Uploaded Files — Any files attached to form submissions

When to Use

Activities 360 is best for:

  • Auditing form submissions — Review what data your team collected during visits
  • Checking GPS verification — Confirm visits occurred at the right location
  • Reviewing activity details — See the full picture of any activity including notes and attachments
  • Compliance reporting — Export complete activity records with timestamps and verification data

Enterprise View

On Enterprise accounts, an additional Wholesaler column appears showing which wholesaler each activity belongs to. This enables cross-wholesaler activity analysis.
