Subscription

Manage seats, credits, and billing cycle.

Adjust your subscription settings including user seats, AI credits, and billing frequency.

Managing Seats

Seats determine how many users can access the platform. Each active user requires one seat.

Adjusting Seats

  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Adjust the Seat Count slider
  3. Review the cost preview
  4. Click Save Changes

When adding seats mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining period.

You cannot reduce seats below your active user count. Deactivate users first.

Credits

Credits power AI, automation, and messaging features across the platform. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that renews at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

Usage Examples

Sales rep completing 10 activity reports via voice:

  • 10 form-fill conversations = 10 credits
  • 10 voice transcriptions (~30 seconds each) = 100 credits
  • Total: ~110 credits

Customer service agent handling 20 conversations with AI:

  • 20 AI-assisted replies = 20 credits
  • 5 audio message transcriptions (~1 min each) = 50 credits
  • Total: ~70 credits

50 automations running daily for a month:

  • 50 × 30 days = 1,500 credits/month

What Happens When Credits Run Out

  • AI and automation features become unavailable until credits renew or are purchased
  • Admins receive an email alert when credits reach a low threshold
  • A second alert is sent when credits are fully exhausted
  • All other features continue to work normally
Credits are consumed only when a feature is actively used. If your team doesn't use AI or automations, no credits are spent.
