Quote & Order Reports
Quote and order reports help you understand your sales pipeline — from initial quotes through to confirmed orders. Track conversion rates by customer, operator, and time period.
Quotes per Customer
Shows quote activity by customer over time. Each row is a customer, with columns for each time period showing quote counts.
Key columns: Customer ID, Customer Name, Segment, Salesmen, quote count per period, Total.
Optional columns (toggle in export menu): State, City, ZIP, Address, Segment, Salesmen.
Unique filters:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Brand | Filter quotes by product brand |
| Format | Filter by quote format |
| Group by VAT | Group customers by VAT number instead of DMS ID |
Quotes vs Orders per Customer
Compares quote volume against confirmed orders for each customer. Shows conversion efficiency at the customer level.
Key columns: Customer, Quotes, Orders, Ratio (%).
The ratio shows what percentage of quotes converted into orders. A low ratio may indicate pricing issues, slow follow-up, or customers shopping around.
Quotes vs Orders per User
Same conversion analysis but per operator/user. Includes business days worked for context.
Key columns: User, Business Days, Quotes, Orders, Ratio (%).
Business Days helps normalize the data — an operator who worked 15 days shouldn't be compared directly to one who worked 22 days.
