Visit Reports

Track customer visits, salesman activity, GPS verification, and visit goals.

Visit reports help you understand how your team covers customers in the field. Track visit frequency, compare against targets, and verify visits with GPS data.

Visits per Customer

Shows how many visits each customer received over time. Each row is a customer, with columns for each time period showing visit counts.

Key columns: Customer ID, Customer Name, Segment, Salesmen, visit count per period, Total.

Optional columns (toggle in export menu): State, City, ZIP, Address, Segment, Salesmen.

Unique filters:

Include Customers Without VisitsShow customers with zero visits — useful for finding coverage gaps
Exclude Inactive CustomersHide customers who haven't purchased recently
Group by VATGroup customers by VAT number instead of DMS ID
Tip: Enable "Include Customers Without Visits", then sort by total ascending to quickly find under-served customers.

Visits by Salesman

Shows total visits per salesperson over time. Each row is a salesman, with visit counts per period and a verified visits percentage.

Key columns: Salesman Name, visit count per period, verified percentage, Total.


Daily Visits per Salesman

Day-by-day breakdown of a salesman's visits, including distance traveled and time spent. Includes an interactive map showing visit routes.

Key columns: Date, Customer, Time spent, Distance, Verified coordinates.

Click on verified coordinates to open a map showing:

  • Visit locations (green markers)
  • Customer locations (blue markers)
  • Route traveled between visits

Visits vs Goals

Compare actual visits against defined targets for each salesman. Shows whether your team is meeting visit goals.

Key columns: Salesman Name, Team, Goals, Visits, Planned Visits.

Filter by team to focus on specific groups.

Goals are configured in Sales > Goals. Set visit targets there to populate this report.

GPS Verification Filters

Visit reports support GPS verification to confirm that visits actually took place at the customer's location. These filters are available on all visit reports:

Verify Activity ThresholdOnly include visits created within the specified minutes of the check-in time
GPS verification requires customers to have GPS coordinates configured. WiseParts automatically geolocates customers, but coordinates can be edited in the customer profile if needed.

Enterprise Visit Reports

The following reports are available on Enterprise accounts with manufacturer connections.

Wholesaler Visits

Aggregates visit data across connected wholesalers. Shows visit coverage from the manufacturer's perspective.

Manufacturer Wholesalers Salesman Visits

Shows salesman visit activity across all connected wholesalers, helping manufacturers monitor field coverage.

Manufacturer Branch Salesman Visits

Same as above, but split by manufacturer branch for regional analysis.

Manufacturer Branch Visits

Visit metrics for individual manufacturer branches, aggregating data from connected wholesalers in each branch's region.
