Snap Activity
Find nearby customers and log visits on the spot using your location.
Discover customers near your current location and create visit activities instantly — ideal for field sales reps on the move.
Quick Overview: Tap the map icon in the top bar to find the 5 closest customers within walking distance. Then open their profile or log a visit with one click.
Finding Nearby Customers
- Click the map marker icon in the top navigation bar
- Allow location access when your browser asks (first time only)
- The system searches for customers and branches within 1 km of your position
- Results appear in a dialog sorted by distance
Your browser will ask for location permission the first time you use this feature. Location access is required for it to work.
Search Results
Up to 5 results are shown, sorted from closest to farthest:

| Add Activity | Create a new visit right now |
| Planned Visit | Appears if you already have a visit scheduled for today |
Results include both customers and customer branches. If a branch is closer than its parent customer, it appears higher in the list.
Creating a Visit
When you click Add Activity next to a customer:
- A new activity is created automatically
- Start time is set to the current hour
- Duration defaults to 30 minutes
- The customer is pre-linked to the activity
- You're taken to the activity page to add details
When No Results Are Found
If no customers appear, check that:
- You are within range of your assigned customers
- Your customers have GPS coordinates on file
- Location access is enabled in your browser settings
Tip: Customers without GPS coordinates won't appear in nearby results. Coordinates are set automatically but can be updated manually in each customer's profile.
