Analyze your team's performance with pre-built reports. Track visits, calls, quote conversion, and activity metrics across customers, salespeople, and time periods.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reporting in the hub menu to see all available reports.
Reports are role-based — you'll only see reports relevant to your responsibilities.
Report Categories
Common Features
All reports share these capabilities.
Date Range
Every report requires a date range. Click the date field and select start and end dates, or use quick shortcuts:
- Today / Last 7 days / Last 30 days
- This month / Last month
- This quarter / Last quarter
- This year / Last year
Time Intervals
Reports automatically group data based on your date range:

Common Filters
Click the filter icon to access report-specific filters. Most reports share these:

| Customer | Limit to specific customers |
| Assigned To | Filter by user who performed the activity |
| Salesmen | Filter by salesperson assigned to customers |
| Segment Type / Segment | Filter by customer segment |
Exporting
Export report data for offline analysis or sharing.

To export: run your report with desired filters, click the actions menu, and select your format. Exports include all data with your applied filters.
